Former South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has appointed a former aid during her time as Governor to serve under her at the Department of Homeland Security. Secretary Noem has appointed Madison Sheahan to serve as Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Deputy Director. Sheahan will join the Trump administration after serving most recently as the Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. Prior to serving in Louisiana, Sheahan served as a staffer to then Governor Kristi Noem here in South Dakota.
