A deal has been struck between Senate Republicans and 10 Senate Democrats to end the longest federal government shutdown in US History. The eight senate Democarts who crossed the isle to vote with Republicans to open the government include Angus King of Maine, who is a registered Indpendent but caucuses with the Democrats, Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada, Jack Rosen of Nevada, Dick Durbin of Illinois, Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire, Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and Tim Kaine of Virginia.
