Settlement announced between Mayday Health and the State of South Dakota

A settlement has been reached between Mayday Health and the state of South Dakota. The state sued the non-profit for an ad campaign promoting abortion medication across the state. In the settlement Mayday has agreed to remove all ads from gas stations and will no longer advertise in South Dakota. Mayday Health has maintained it does not provide abortion medication to those patients seeking it, but instead simply provides information about obtaining abortion related healthcare.
