Sinai South Dakota man sentenced for 4th degree rape, solicitation of a minor

A Sinai South Dakota man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison, three suspended on fourth degree rape charges and solicitation of a minor. According to Brookings Radio news, 44-year-old Justin grant Paulson pleaded guilty Wednesday and was sentenced at that time. He was arrested on May 17^th on fourth degree rape charges, sexual contact with a person under 16 and contributing to the deliquency of a minor. Paulson admitted to having sex with the minor victim in exchange for money after soliciting them online.
