Sledding hill at Baird Park now open for the season

Aberdeen Parks and Rec has announced the Area Federal Credit Union sledding hill at Baird Park is now open for the season. The hill is located at 1715 24^th avenue NE. People are encouraged to try out the sledding hill, which received upgrades via a class project from last year’s Aberdeen Chamber “Leadership Aberdeen” class. The hill is not supervised so Parks and Rec asks sledders to be courteous of others while on the hill. Snowboards are not allowed on the hill and no motorized or recreational vehicles are allowed in the park or on the hill. For more information contact Parks and Rec at 626-7015.
