The Minnesota Twins plan to place starting pitcher Pablo Lopez on the 15 day disabled list. According to multiple reports, Lopez was diagnosed with a grad one strain of his right hamstring following an MRI Monday. The team’s opening day starting pitcher suffered the injury against Kansas City on April 8th. He left the game after four and two thirds innings pitched and 78 pitches thrown. This will be Lopez’s first stint on the IR since the team acquired him from Miami during the 2022-23 season.
