Two juveniles suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle accident in Ellendale North Dakota Wednesday morning. According to a release from the North Dakota State Highway Patrol, a 39-year-old Jamestown North Dakota man was westbound on state Highway 11 when the pickup rear-ended a 2007 Peterbilt semi pulling a side-dump trailer. The incident occurred around 6:17 a.m. Near the intersection of Highway 11 and First Street northwest in Ellendale. Two of the four people in the pickup suffered serious injuries. The two were taken to Avera St. Luke’s in Aberdeen. The driver of the semi, a 58-year-old Kulm North Dakota man was uninjured in the incident.
