Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison suspended by the league for first three games of the season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison has been suspended for the fist three games of this upcoming NFL season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. He will now miss the team’s opener vs. Chicago along with games against Atlanta and Cincinnati. The suspension comes from Addison pleading no contest July 17th to resolve a 2024 DUI citation. He agreed to pay a $390 fine and received 12 months of probation. In two years with the Vikings Addison has started 29 games, totaling 133 catches for 1,786 yards and 19 touchdowns.
