Begging at approximately 9:00 a.m. Today Thursday Dec. 7th water will be shut off from sixth avenue southeast to fourth avenue southeast between South Dakota Street and South Jackson Street. According to the city, this is for an emergency water main repair. Water is expected to be off until 2:30 p.m. Residents in the affected area are urged to collect and store water for personal and restroom use.
