Voters in the Webster Area School District will decide whether or not the district should use a $12.5 million bond to expand the local armory. The election is slated to be held Tuesday November 4th with voting running from 7:00 a.m. To 7:00 p.m. On that day. The proposed plan is to upgrade the 76-year-old facility including mechanical, electrical and heating upgrades along with adding a 21,000 square foot addition. That addition would include a regulation size gym, weight room, second-floor wrestling room, locker room, training room and officials room. Two public meetings regarding the project have been scheduled for Monday October 27th at 7:00 p.m. At the Armory itself and Thursday Oct. 30th at 7:00 p.m. In the Roslyn gym/cafeteria. The Webster school district encompasses all or parts of Clark, Codington, Day and Marshall counties.
