A Waterloo, Iowa girl died Saturday in a single-vehicle crash near Pierre, South Dakota.
Names of the those involved have not been released pending notification of family members.
Preliminary crash information indicates the driver of a 2008 Polaris Ranger 700 Utility Vehicle was driving south on Spring Creek Drive. He attempted to turn around and rolled the vehicle. One of the passengers sustained fatal injuries. The second passenger sustained minor injuries. The driver was not injured.
The investigation is ongoing. All information released is preliminary.
