Autopsy ordered following two people found dead in a camper in Rapid City

An autopsy has been ordered after two people were found dead inside a camper in Rapid City. According to the Rapid City Police Department, the camper in question was parked on a lot where people store there campers while not using them. Police were called to the area after the bodies where discovered Monday. Authorities do not know how long they had been dead inside the camper. Authorities also say upon entering the camper, the smell of exhaust fumes were present throughout. Authorities speculate the two could’ve succumb to carbon monoxide poisoning while trying to stay warm inside the camper.
