Authorities in Davison County report a body was recovered from the James River that drowned Friday. Authorities were dispatched to the incident Friday around 4:15 p.m. After receiving a call about a possible drowning at the James River at the intersection of 250th street and 411th avenue. A search then began for the victim, which did not yield any results and was called off at 10:45 p.m. The search then resumed Saturday morning, but was called off due to dangerous weather conditions. Authorities rceived a call about a possible body in the river around 5:20 p.m. On the same day. Authorities were able to locate the body and identify it as 28-year-old Juan Carlos O-Bye-yay Lz-Key-OCK-top of Sioux Falls who was pronounced dead.
