The South Dakota Department of Corrections has announced another inmate has passed away in the state penitentiary in Sioux Falls. 36-year-old Leo Plenty Arrows was found unresponsive in his cell Friday at the Jameson Annex. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead in what authorities have described as a suicide. Plenty Arrow was serving a sentence for simple assault on law enforcement out of Pennington County.
