The Brown County Commission at its regular meeting Tuesday approved $250,000 from its contingency fund to help fund a new 4-H building on the Brown County Fairgrounds. The estimated cost of the building is approximately $2.3 to $3 million, the remainder of the money is expected to come from fundraising efforts. It will replace the Competitive Exhibits Buildings, otherwise known as the Home Arts building.
