A Clark man accused of murdering his mother has been indicted on first-degree murder charges. According to South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley, 34-year-old Bowen Fladland was indicted by a Clark County Grand Jury Wednesday. The next hearing on the matter will be Monday July 21st. Fladland is accused of murdering and decapitating his mother 70-year-old Marlene Fladland at a residence in Clark.
