Former USD offensive lineman Joey Lombard signs as undrafted free agent with Kansas City

Former University of South Dakota offensive lineman Joey Lombard has signed a deal with the Kansas City Chiefs. Lombard was signed by the team last week after attending the team’s minicamp on a tryout. The Anoka Minnesota native went undrafted this past NFL draft after starting 48 games at USD mostly at center and some at left guard. He was a two time MVFC All-Conference performer and All-American selection his senior year.
