South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden is the 13th most popular governor in the country according to a new survey by morning consult. According to the survey, Rhoden enjoys a 57 percent approval rating, a 21 percent disapproval rate and 22 percent are undecided or had no opinion. Morning consult surveyed 6,000 adults in South Dakota to find these numbers. The most popular governor in the country is Republican governor Phil Scott of Vermont at 75 percent approval. The least popular governor in the country is Republican Kim Reynolds of Iowa with a 41 percent approval rating. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has a 53 percent approval, 41 percent disapproval, North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong has a 64 percent approval and 15 percent disapproval rate.
