A Groton man died Sunday November 2nd due to injuries he suffered in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday October 29th. According to the Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred approximately five miles west of Webster on US Highway 12. The unidentified male driver was in a Toyota Rav 4 when he entered the south ditch and struck a power line. The driver was taken to an Aberdeen hospital with serous life-threatening injuries. He ultimately passed away four days later. The name of the victim was not immediately released.
