A Lake Andes man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison regarding a stabbing death within the city. According to court documents 18-year-old Mackenzie Antelope stabbed a man to death and injured another in a Lake Andes motel in May of last year. He pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in December of 2024.
