SD Board of regents approve new major at Northern State

The South Dakota Board of Regents have passed final approval of a new degrees offered at Northern State University. The degree will be in career and technical education. Also approved was a new global agriculture leadership masters program at SDSU. The new program at Northern’s new program is expected to begin in the fall. According to Northern State, the program addresses a statewide shortage in career and technical education teachers.
