According to the commission, these casinos are falsely claiming to be associated with licensed South Dakota gaming establishments. The commission reminds residents, any online platform offering casino-style games is illegal. The commission advises people not to participate in these online gaming website, be cautious of ads promising risk-free gaming, never share banking information with unverified platforms and report suspicious gambling to DORSDgaming@state.sd.us.
