SDSU defeats USD in annual interstate athletic series

South Dakota State defeated the University of South Dakota in the annual head-to-head interstate series. The Interstate Series is an overall athletic competition between the state’s two Division I schools which just concluded their 2024-25 athletic season. The Jackrabbits won 14.5 to 5.5, extending SDSU’s winning streak to three. The Interstate Series began during the 2012-13 season. South Dakota State holds an overall series lead at 8-5.
