The Minnesota Timberwolves have sent forward Julius Randle to the Brooklyn Nets as part of a three team deal to free up cap space. The Wolves sent Randle along with this year’s 28th overall pick in the NBA draft to Brooklyn, while Brooklyn sent the 33rd overall pick to Minnesota. As part of the deal the Chicago Bulls receive center Nic Claxton from the Nets and the Bulls also send forward Mo Gueye to the Timberwolves. Following that trade, the Timberwolves have signed forward Ayo Dosunmu to a five-year $112 million contract which includes a player option for a fifth season.
