A Watertown man has been sentenced 40 years in prison plus 20 years supervised release after being convicted of sex crimes against children. According to the US Attorney for South Dakota, 29-year-old Gokoh Brown of Watertown was found guilty by a jury of Aggravated Sexual Abuse and Sexual Abuse of a Minor. According to court documents, Brown repeatedly sexually assaulted a 12-year-old member of his household from January to August of 2023. Upon the completion of his prison sentence he must also register as a sex offender.
