As state lawmakers gear up to return to Pierre and begin the new legislative session, landowners and supporters concerned about Co2 Carbon Capture pipeline projects, wind farm projects and solar farm projects are planning a show of strength.
A one-hour landowners rights rally is scheduled to be held in the State Capital rotunda Monday January 8th. Also supporting the effort is South Dakota Farmer’s Union.
