An Aberdeen man entered a guilty plea Wednesday for his role in a 2019 accident that left one person dead. 37-year-old Dustin Stieha pleaded guilty to felony vehicular homicide and will be sentenced at a later date. The charge stems from September of 2019 when Stieha was driving an ATV with a passenger. The passenger, 37-year-old Nicholas Fetting was thrown from the ATV and died as a result of his injuries. As part of the plea an additional charge of driving under the influence was dismissed. The plea agreement also states Stieha will seek a suspended imposition of his sentence, which the immediate family of the victim does not oppose.
