Iowa Hawkeyes star guard Caitlin Clark was the #1 overall pick last night in the WNBA draft. Clark was selected by the Indiana Fever. The top five picks in order following Clark include Cameron Brink of Stanford who went to the Los Angeles Sparks, Kamilla Cardosa of South Carolina who went to the Chicago Sky, Rickea Jackson of Tennessee who went to the Los Angeles Sparks and Jacy Sheldon of Ohio State who went to the Dallas Wings. The Minnesota Lynx made a trade with the Chicago Sky to get the 8th overall pick and selected Alissa Pili of Utah.
