South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem signed HB 1039 into law Thursday. This bill would provide 100 percent tuition reimbursement for members of the South Dakota National Guard who choose to attend an in-state college. In a statement about the singing, Governor Noem praised the men and women of the Army National Guard and said we want to keep these folks in state. This legislation will help those recruits do that.
