Vikings select QB and edge rusher in first round of NFL draft

Day one of the NFL draft is in the books and the Minnesota Vikings were active with two first round picks on the night.

First, the Vikings traded the 11th overall pick along with the 129th and 157th overall pick to move up one spot with the New York Jets to quarterback Mike McCarthy.
