Minnehaha county man charged with rape

A Minnehaha county man has been arrested on rape charges. According to court documents 62-year-old Ricky Charles Houck is facing 2^nd degree and 3^rd de3gree rape and three counts of sexual contact with a person incapable of consenting, a class four felony after being indicted by a Minnehaha county grand jury. The charges allege Houck raped a young girl multiple times dating back to October 1^st 2021 in Minnehaha county. Court documents say the victim was young and incapable of consent due to physical or mental incapacity. He is currently being held on $15,000 cash bond.
