NSU alum Sundance Wicks named head coach at Division I Wisconsin-Green Bay

Northern State alum and one-time Wolves men’s assistant coach Sundance Wicks has been named the new head coach of Division I Wisconsin-Green Bay. The hire was made by Josh Moon who once served as athletic director at Northern State and is now the AD at Wisconsin-Green Bay. After leaving Northern State he was named the head coach at Division II Missouri Western from 2018 to 2020. Following that Wicks served as an assistant at Division I University of Wyoming. He has an overall head coaching record of 30-32. Wicks takes over a Phoenix program that went 3-29 last season and 2-18 in the Horizon League.
