A Pierre man has been charged with rape following an incident this past February. According to Pierre Police, 28-year-old Reese Clown was involved in an incident on February 18th when officers responded to calls about a medical issue in the 1100 block of Clarice Drive. Upon arrival officers learned a woman at that location had allegedly been sexually assaulted. Forensic evidences was collected from the scene and testing led investigators to Clown. He was taken into custody last Friday and is now facing third degree rape charges.
