A Sioux Falls man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison on child pornography charges. According to the US Attorney for South Dakota 30-year-old Marc Jones was indicted in March of 2023 on possession of child pornography charges. The charges stem from imagines found on Jones’s phone depicting minor females exiting a shower. The victims unaware they were being photographed. He pleaded guilty in February of 2024. This is not Jones’ first sexual related charges as he was convicted of 4th degree rape in South Dakota back in 2014.
