Two people were arrested following a high speed pursuit in Roberts County. According to the Roberts County Sheriff’s office, Jasmine Dumarce and Jordan Cloud were seen driving around Sisseton and officers attempted to pull them over. The two were wanted as parole absconders for suspected theft in Watertown. The two did not cooperate with law enforcement and gave chase. Speeds reached 110 miles an hour during the chase. The driver, Dumarce faces charges including Reckless Eluding, DUI, and possession of meth. The passenger Cloud was arrested on two warrants out of Roberts county and one warrant for parole.
