The United State Supreme Court Monday announced it will not revisit its landmark decision of Obergefell vs. Hodges which made gay marriage the law of the land across the United States. The announcement it would not take up the case came via the courts routine order list Monday announcing the latest action on pending appeals. It would take four justices to take up the case and no justices noted any dissent from the denial. The case was brought forward by former Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis who made headlines after the Obergefell ruling for refusing same-sex couples marriage licenses on religious grounds.
