In another reminder to maintain distance from wild animals, an investigation in underway at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. According to authorities a woman was gored to death by a bison. The animal attach occurred Monday near the Lake Lodge Cabins on the north shore of Lake Yellowstone. The victim reportedly suffered significant injuries to the chest and abdomen and was flowing via helicopter to a hospital in Idaho. Authorities say they are unaware how close the victim got to the animal before she was charged. Park rangers suggest visitors remain more than 25 yards away from large animals like bison, elk, bighorn sheep, moose and coyotes.
