The Aberdeen Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a man believed to be involved in an area man’s disappearance. Police are searching for the whereabouts of Kyle A Three Legs and Joshua Ortley. It was reported late last night Ortley was located in Sioux Falls, but Three Legs remains missing. The two are wanted in the disappearance of Simon D.Deng who went missing from his residents in the evening of October 23rd.
