Morning Consult has released a new poll looking at the favorability of sitting US Senators. According to the poll South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds is the third most popular senator in the United States with a 60 percent approval rating, a 32 percent disapproval rating and eight percent undecided. Senator John Thune comes in right behind him at number four with a 60 percent approval, 33 percent disapproval and six percent undecided. Wyoming Senator John Barrasso is the most popular senator with a 70 percent approval and 23 percent disapproval. The most unpopular senator according to the poll is Republican Mitch McConnell out of Kentucky with a 62 percent disapproval and 31 percent approval.
