Northern State offensive coordinator Ryan Schlichte is leaving NSU to join the coaching staff of his alma mater at Minnesota State Mankato. Schlichte spent four seasons with Northern football first as a graduate assistant and then offensive coordinator. He coached four all-conference performers in his two seasons as OC. In addition to seven offensive school records were broke in 2022 and 2023 under Schlichte. A search for his replacement will begin immediately.
