One person was shot and killed Sunday morning in Arlington. According to the South Dakota Attorney General’s office the incident occurred around 5:10 a.m. Sunday. Officers were called to the scene and found one victim injured. Life saving measures were taken, but the victim was pronounced dead while in the ambulance. On Monday the DCI identified the victim as Remington Bickett, an Arlington man in his early 20s. The incident remains under investigation and authorities say there is no threat to the public.
