A Parker man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison, 14 suspended for the death of a fourth-month old baby in September of 2022. 26-year-old Philip Delaney originally faced four counts including second-degree murder but took a plea deal with prosecutors and plead guilty to manslaughter.
