South Dakota Representative Dusty Johnson will visit Aberdeen today to speak at the annual “boys state” event at Northern State. He will speak to the assembly at 11:00 a.m. That is after he addresses those attending girls state in Vermillion. Boys and Girls State brings students together from across South Dakota to learn what it means to be citizens of the United States and how they can get involved in the political process. Representative Johnson is coming to Aberdeen after helping successfully negotiate the debt ceiling increase.
